<h3>제출 서류 중 "통신서비스이용증명원"이란?</h3>

과학기술정보통신부 고시에서는 기간통신사업자가 이용자에게 전기통신역무의 제공에 관한 계약 체결ㆍ이용에 따라 부여된 <span>이용자 본인의 전화번호임을 증명하기 위해 발급하는 서류</span>로 정의하고 있습니다.<br>
발신번호 변경ㆍ등록 시 통신서비스이용증명원을 통해 이용자 본인 명의의 전화번호 일치 여부 등을 확인 및 관리하도록 고시하고 있어 모든 문자사이트에서는 <span>해당 서류를 필수 서류로 지칭</span>하고 있습니다.<br><br>
※ 통신서비스이용증명원은 휴대폰 본인인증으로 대체 가능(단, 본인인증이 불가한 번호의 경우 서류 발급 필수)
